Burns; his children, Rachel Plummer of Anderson, S. C., Renee Burns of Anderson, S. C., Rushen of Anderson, S. C. and Reginald Burns of Anderson, S. C.; his siblings, Sandra Rogers, Louise Burns, Ilene Henry, Delois Burns Yelder, Leroy Burns and Greg Burns; and his stepsiblings, Regina Henry, Paul Henry, Tommy Henry and Pat Henry. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild.
