He is survived by: his wife Daphne Louise Moore Murphree of Anderson, SC; and his children, Greg Murphree, Donna Miller, Gary Nelson, Tammy O'Kelley and Dawn Welch (Matt). He is also survived by six grandchildren; and ten great-grandchildren.
