She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Boyce McAdams and Elsie Louise Martin McAdams; her son Michael Grant; and her siblings, Margaret Burdette, Willie Sue Williams, Jim, Gary, Boyce Junior and Ray McAdams.
She is survived by: her husband William Vernon Ramage; her sons, Mark Todd Ramage, Mitch Cummings and Bruce; her granddaughter Janet Henrich (Dan); her daughter-in-law Susie Grant; her grandchildren, Dasa Oubre, Jay Saxon, Angel Grant, Dylan Grant, Brant Ellis and Adam Ellis; her sisters, Mary Vaughn (Henry) and Linda Wright (Kerry); and her friends, Hazel and Vernon. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic and concerns for the health of family and friends, Hazel's family ask that all who attend services wear a mask and social distance.
