She was predeceased by: her parents, James T. Thompson and Olivia Buchanan Thompson; her husband Johnny Ray Henry; her siblings, Faye Thompson Willingham, Diane Thompson Gregory, Bobbie Jean Robinson, Betty Jean Robinson, Francina Thompson, Richard Thompson, James ''June'' Thompson and Rodney Thompson; and her sister-in-law Shirley Thompson.
She is survived by: her son Nathaniel Jerome Bowman; her daughter-in-law Willie Mae Boseman; her grandson Jaylen M. Clayton; her foster daughters, Amber Taylor and Latonia Mattress; her son Arthur F. Geer; her sister Gracie Geer; her brother-in-law George White; and also James ''Latt'' Geer. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, other relatives and friends.
