She is survived by: her children, Deborah Perry, Kim Hawthorne, Levette Burney and Levi Mull, Jr.; and her brothers, Rev. Kelly Simmons, Jr. and Lucius Simmons. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and a host of relatives.
