He was predeceased by: his father Carlos Manley. He is survived by: his mother Jimmie Sue Ransom Manley; his wife Carol Harbin Manley; his daughter Jamie Manley (Josh Holland) of Anderson; his grandchildren, Skylar Holland and Dakota Holland; his brothers, Tim Manley of Anderson and Scott Manley (Kathy) of Anderson; and his pets, Dixie and Baylee. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
