She was predeceased by: her former husband George W. Bailey; her husband James Fleming; her parents, Jackson Ward and Rosena Hall Ward; her son Andrew Fleming; and her siblings, Alberta Ward, Bernice Barnard, Rev. J. C. Ward and Fred Clinkscales.
She is survived by: her children, Teresa Bailey-Stowers, Dianne F., Joel Bailey, II and Vincent P.; and her sister Floree W. Mathes. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, thirteen great-grandchildren; and one great great-grandchild.
