He was predeceased by: his father Walter Jack Sullivan; his sister Donna Sullivan Moss; and his grandparents, Rev. John, Inez Wright, Gee and Blanche Sullivan.
He is survived by: his mother Joyce Jennings; his wife Virginia 'Ginger Pruitt Sullivan; his children, Joshua Sullivan (Leah) and Stephanie Sullivan Smith (Chris); his siblings, Brad Sullivan (Terry) and Crystal Jennings Whitaker (Ray); and his grandchildren, Alex Sullivan (Jessica), Ed Sullivan, Layla Sullivan, Julian Smith and Alexus Smith (Heather).
