He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank M. Blackwelder, Sr. and Frances Morton Blackwelder; and his son Donald Wayne Blackwelder of Toccoa, GA.. He is survived by: his wife Linda B. Blackwelder; his daughter Susan Frances Blackwelder of Anderson; and his brother F. Millard Blackwelder, Jr. of Charlotte, NC. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
