She was predeceased by: her parents, Major Frank Rogers Thompson and Mary Frances Swittenberg Thompson; and her son James "Jamey" Brandon Holbrook. She is survived by: her children, Sunny Wells (Russell) of Anderson and William Eugene Owens, III of Anderson; and her grandchildren, Riley Lazar, Isabella Jordan, Dayton Wells, Elsie Wells, Phoenix Lazar and Dodger Owens.
