She was predeceased by: her husband Clarence Howell (Jubie); and her siblings, Estelle Connley, Juanita Butler and Ralph Chasteen. She is survived by: her sisters, Ella Mae Timms and Sylvia Rutledge; and her grandchildren, Kendall Howell, Noah Howell, Lacey Howell and Kenadie Howell. She is also survived by many friends and extended family.
