She was predeceased by: her parents, Welborn Cecil and Eunice Caldwell Rogers; her husband Gordon Oakley Finley; her children, Gordon Oakley Finley Jr, Wade Boyd Finley, Duryl Finley, Linda Herndon and Vickie Adams; and her siblings, Lyman Rogers, Alvin "Red" Rogers, Ralph David "Bud" Rogers, Beatrice Webb and Edith Moats.

She is survived by: her sons, Welborn "Sunny" Finley (Betty), Charles Finley and Steve Finley; and her siblings, Wilborn Cecil Rogers, Roy Cleveland Rogers and Ruth Dooley. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
