She was predeceased by: her spouse Jackie Leroy Pruitt of Lemans Drive; and her parents, Buford Burkett and Ophiela Helen Partridge Burkett. She is survived by: her children, Ken Pruitt (Amanda) of Anderson, Matthew Pruitt (Miranda) of Anderson, Brian Pruitt of Anderson, Tammy Hollingsworth of Anderson, Sherry Cucumber of Cherokee, NC and Lisa Pruitt (Aaron) of Anderson; her brothers, Jerome Burkett of Santee Cooper, Dale Burkett (Roberta) of Gastonia, NC and Mark Burkett of Greenville; and her pet Thumper. She is also survived by five grandchildren; thirteen great-grandchildren; two great-great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Pruitt Funeral Home (603 N Main St, Honea Path, SC 29654). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Friendship Holiness Church (2407 Standridge Rd, Anderson, SC 29625).
