It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Deborah J. Rogers of Anderson, South Carolina, who passed away on November 15, 2023, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence H. Hall and Ruth Fowler Hall; and her brother Hayward Hall. She is survived by: her husband Eugene Rogers; her children, Ray Whitaker (Crystal), Samuel Whitaker (Crystal), Howard Brown and Krystal Brown; her sister Martha Smith; her brother-in-law Richard Smith; her grandsons, Kaleb Whitaker, Dylan Whitaker, Ethan Whitaker and Howard B. Brown; her niece Lethia Smith; her nephew Robert Smith; and her close friend Kathy Simmons.
