She was predeceased by: her spouse Jerry George Welch; her mother Reva Jean Lavely Wilbanks; and her granddaughter Lauren Madison Feltman. She is survived by: her daughters, Amanda Welch Feltman and Catherine Welch Bowman (Wilton); her grandchildren, Gracie, Olivia Feltman, Mackenzie and Elijah Bowman; her father Rev. Gene Wilbanks; and her brother Randy Wilbanks.
