She was predeceased by: her parents, George Sullivan and Betty Sullivan; and her daughter Dana Ashworth. She is survived by: her daughter Jessica Gunnells (Harry); her brothers, Dwaine and Keith Sullivan; her grandchildren, Tyler, Kalee, Caleb and Grayson; and her great grandchildren, Kayden, Kimora, Karter and Kourtlyn.
