He is survived by: his wife Janie Carolina Scott Foster; his children, Janet Michelle Davis (Anthony) of Anderson, SC, Natasha E. Daniel (Rico) of Hartwell, GA and David E. Foster of Anderson, SC; and his siblings, Cynthia Freeman of Anderson, SC, Barbara Robinson of Philadelphia, PA and Ronnie Hardy of Augusta, GA. He is also survived by four grandchildren, six great- grandchildren.
