She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifton Hagood and Ruby Smith Hagood; her son Anthony Osbey; and her sisters, Leonia Robinson and JoAnne Hagood.
She is survived by: her husband Herbert Lewis Osbey, Sr.; her children, Herlena Owens, Rushella Osbey, Ciara Osbey, William Christopher Osbey and Herbert L. Osbey III; and her siblings, Carrie Johnson, Lourlean Oglesby, Anna Marie "Ann" Allman, Mabell Jones, William Hagood, John David Hagood, James Stanley Hagood, Ronald Hagood and Donald Hagood. She is also survived by fifteen grandchildren; one great-grandchild.
