He was predeceased by: his parents, Dewey Lee Manley, Sr. and Katheryn Hazel Lathram Manley; and his siblings, D. L. Manley, Jr., Mary Helen Pinkham, Irene Ford and Rebecca Bowman.
He is survived by: his wife Diana Lynn Parker Manley; and his children, Michael Manley (Tamara), Brent Manley (Linda), Cristina Beck (Tim) and Lisa Delaporte (John).
