He was predeceased by: his parents, Mamie Lee Tucker and Charles Pennygraft; his grandmother Mamie R. Tucker; and his brothers, Quentin "Toobie" Tucker and Robert Pennygraft.

He is survived by: his siblings, Jacquelyn Walker, Mary Vance and Gregory Tucker; and his cousin Janice Thomas. He is also survived by relatives and close friends.
