With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Butch Buckner of Anderson, South Carolina, who passed away on October 2, 2021 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry O. Buckner, Sr. and Docia Wooten Buckner; and his sisters, Dorothy Brown, Mary Rupar and Barbara Peck.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Shanklin Buckner; his daughter Leigh Ann Buckner of Anderson; and his sister Evelyn Bland (Wallis) of Aiken.
