He was predeceased by: his brothers, Fred Williams, Jr. and Horace Williams. He is survived by: his sons, James Fuller and Buster Rucker, Jr.; his wife Annie Ruth Martin of Anderson, SC; and his siblings, Billie Williams (Zelma), Onnie Blanding of Anderson, SC, Mary Mazyck of Anderson, SC and Corine Adams of Anderson, SC. He is also survived by four grandchildren and a host of other dear relatives and friends.
