Gilliard of Anderson, South Carolina, born in Starr, South Carolina, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 31, 2024 at the age of 88. He was predeceased by: his parents, Leroy Gilliard and Maggie Gilliard; his wife Dessie Mae Gilliard (Donald); his grandson Anthony Gilliard; his great grandchildren, Cormuyus and Quindarrious Dennis; and his son Jimmie Gilliard.
He is survived by: his daughters, Earline O Gilliard and Jeanette G Whitfield; and his grandchildren, Darnell Gilliard (Donna), Keysha Gilliard (Reggie), Corey Dennis, Leon Richardson, Tawonna Gilliard, Jerry and Terrance Whitfield. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
