He is survived by: his brother Randall Franks; and his nieces and nephews, Hope Partain, Maranda Smith, Whitney Hellams, Patrick Jordan and Joseph Ethridge. He is also survived by two Aunts, one Uncle and his seven great nieces and nephews.
