We are sad to announce that on September 4, 2020, at the age of 90, Bobby Bannister of Anderson, South Carolina, born in Belton, South Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Lon L. Bannister and Florence King Bannister; and his siblings, Seretha Gilliam, Margaret Ashley, Leon Bannister and Louie Bannister.

He is survived by: his children, Vickie Bannister Stone of Anderson and Randy Bannister (Caroline) of Taylors; his grandchildren, Hannah Bannister, Jeremy Stone (Elizabeth) and Brandon Stone (Ashby); his great grandchildren, Patrick Stone, Edie Kate Stone and Cailyn Stone; and his sisters, Hazel Gilliam, Hilda Driver and Sybil Bratcher.

In lieu of flowers the family request memorials be made to Bethany Baptist Church Building Fund, 1632 Bethany Church Rd. Belton, SC 29627.
