He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Mance Clinkscales; his children, Tammy Lynn Wilson (Jeffery), Marcus Anthony Clinkscales (Regenia) and Shaquille Clinkscales (Clarissa); his siblings, Luke James Clinkscales (Hazel) of Anderson, SC, Paul Clinkscales of Greenville, SC., Minnie Lyles of Greenville, SC, Ruby Dillard, Bessie Dunbar of Boston, Levonia Maddox of Stone Mountain, GA., Lorene, Vera, Codelia, Ted, Eddie, Matthew, Rosa Lee, Kailes, John Henry, Lester, Charlie, Frank of Annie Bell, R. B. and Robert Clinkscales; and his great grandchild Isaac Pickens. He is also survived by ten grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
Viewing was held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM and on Sunday, March 9th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the D. B. Walker Funeral Services (311 Cleveland Ave, Anderson, SC 29624). A funeral service was held on Sunday, March 9th 2025 at 2:00 PM at 106 Gunter St S, Anderson, SC 29624. A burial was held on Sunday, March 9th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the Anderson Memorial Gardens (3400 SC-24, Anderson, SC 29626).
