He is survived by: his children, Billy Davis Fuller (Felisha), Brian Keith Fuller, Anmar Chernenko Bell and Jacqueline Denise Fuller; his grandchildren, Quay Merriweather, Brinaisa Fuller, Karmen Fuller, Jasmine Turner, Shakiya, Shaniya Fuller, Nicholas Fuller and Ezekiel Blaze Bell; and his siblings, Cathleen Bell (Chester), Penny Bell Johnson, Vanessa Nicole Stowers, Alicia Stanaora Stowers, Rocky Bell (Mary) and Robert Lee Bell (Lousie). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
