It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Bill Lewis of Anderson, South Carolina, who passed away on January 5, 2025, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Rosa Pearl Powell and Harold B. Lewis; his former wife Barbara Sue Lewis; and his sister Wanda Jean Dechert. He is survived by: his wife Sarah Kathleen Seneker "Kitty" Lewis; his children, Robert Lewis (Joyce), Ronald Lewis (Jacqueline) and Penny Chappell; and his stepchildren, Kay Crocker (Terry), Rose Wiles (Curtis), John Jackson (Sarah) and Aaron Jackson (Bridget). He is also survived by 17 grandchildren, and 23 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Sullivan-King Mortuary Chapel (3205 N Hwy 81, Anderson, SC 29621). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
