She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Ellington and Leila Chapman Ellington; her husband Aubrey Barnette; her son Kevin Barnette; and her siblings, Charles Ellington, C. Ellington, Ruth Kircus, Margaret Wells, Lola Yeargin, Letha Tompkins, Letta Graham and Bonnie Williams.
She is survived by: her daughter Kara J. Dutton (Wade) of Anderson; her grandchildren, Seth Dutton and Samantha Dutton of Anderson; and her great grandchild Emily of Walhalla. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
