She was predeceased by: her spouse Louie Linton Walters; and her parents, Wallace Duncan and Neva Axmann Martin. She is survived by: her children, Steven Lynn Walters (Mitzi) of Marietta, Georgia and Louanne Robertson (Michael) of Columbia, SC.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Epworth Children's Home, St. John's United Methodist Church, or Lutheran Homes of SC Foundation.
