We are sad to announce that on April 13, 2022, at the age of 90, Bessie Brooks of Anderson, South Carolina, born in Kingsport, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Clyde Ashley and Ethel McGill; her husband Talmadge Brooks; and her daughter Barbara Whitman. She is survived by: her children, Walter Brooks, Neal Brooks, Ronnie Brooks, Daniel Brooks, Terri Smith, Nancy Brooks and Pamela Foster. She is also survived by her many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
