She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Alice Elrod Drake and B. H. Drake (Doc); her children, Kathy Yon Smoley (David) of Sullivan's Island, SC and Phillip Kevin Yon (Lydia) of Ridge Spring, SC; her grandchildren, Phillip Smoley (Carie), Sally Yon Harrison, Alec Smoley (Ellen), Drake Yon (Nicole), Corbin Yon (Jillian) and Savannah Smoley Baker (Bruce); her children, Sage, Zoe, Lincoln, Jace, Addison, Hayes, Dax, Noah, Sullivan and Tilden; and her pet Bo.
In lieu of flowers, memorials to help fund youth art enrichment programs, offered at the Ridge Spring Art Center, will be appreciated. Contributions in Barbara's memory should be made payable to Art Association of Ridge Spring, c/o Joanne Crouch 2128 Neighbors Rd., Ward, SC 29166.
