She is survived by: her spouse Danny Clifton Joy; her parent Betty Ruth Harrison Mashburn; her stepfather Horace O; her daughter Lisa Joy Surner (John Surner) of Williamston; her siblings, Carolyn Hicks (Barry Hicks) of Anderson, Vernon Mashburn of Williamston and Tommy Roach of Pendleton; and her grandchildren, Tyler Epps, Jonathan Surner and Brysan Mullinax.
