It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Ann Ramsey (Anderson, South Carolina), born in Big Stone Gap, Virginia, who passed away on March 3, 2020, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Boggs and Esta Mae Lovell Boggs; and her grandsons, Justin Ramsey and Elizah Johnson. She is survived by: her children, Jimmie Ramsey, Jr. and Amber Leanne Ramsey. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
