She was predeceased by: her parents, Darwin Reid Bolt and Dorothy Hanks Bolt Dykes. She is survived by: her husband Lane Hix; her sons, Rodney Hix (Kelly) and Joey Hix (Vickie); her sister Patsy Barnette; her niece Charidee Bryant; and her nephew Anthony Barnette. She is also survived by four grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.
