It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Anita Proto Brady of Anderson, South Carolina, born in Boston, Massachusetts, who passed away on November 29, 2021, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Vincent Merritt Proto, Sr. and Evelyn Louise Annal; her husband Scott David Brady; and her siblings, Vincent Merritt Proto, Jr. and Cheryl Ann Ritter.
She is survived by: her daughter Janaya Michele Nelson (Ed); her grandsons, Benjamin and Dennis Nelson (MA); her foster son Michael Dabreu (Bre); her sisters, Barbara Norton (Jim) and Robyn Chavez (Steve); her niece Leanne Aldays (Erik); and also, Kaleb, Olivia and Emma Dabreu (TX). She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
