He was predeceased by: his parents, John Harrity and Margaret Rodgers; his siblings, John "Sonny" Harrity, Margaret "Peggy" Galloway and Marion Edwards; and his spouse Shirley Jean (Welborn).
He is survived by: his siblings, Charles "Sparky" Harrity (Susan), Kathleen Longenhagen and Eileen Lawless (Edward "Chicky"); his daughters, Shirley Adams (Michael), Andrea Zeman and Constance Johnson (Billy); and his grandchildren, Michelle, Ryan, Christopher and Daniel (Jackie). He is also survived by three great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
