He is survived by: his wife Marie Gaines Smith; his children, Natasha Johnson, Deborah Pierce (Marc), Lashonda Gaines, Felicia Gaines, Larhonda Gaines, Corissa Gaines and Kevin Ware; his grandchildren, Tiffany, Joi, Brandon, Ayanna, Antonio, Hope, Mariah, Macayla, Adrian, Nyzhay, Shedrick, Jasmine, Quindarious, Shanessa, Keshon, Cormyus, Mason and Asia; and his great grandchildren, Athena, Avery, Malaysia, Kylee, Moses, Kyrie, Valiyha, Kynzie, Sanovia and Kashis.
