He was predeceased by: his wife Ann Benion Ridgeway; his parents, J. Q. Ridgeway and Ruby Mary Jeanes Ridgeway; his son Allan Lewis Ridgeway, Jr.; and his siblings, Patricia Ridgeway McDaniel and George Anthony Ridgeway.
He is survived by: his sisters, Jonnie R. Elgin (Bill) of Honea Path and Jane Ridgeway Jordan (Don) of Pelzer.
