He was predeceased by: his spouse Mary Socci Butkowsky; his parent Benjamin Butkowsky; and his son Stephen. He is survived by: his parent Helen Lucas Butkowsky; his children, Allen, Tom, Bridget and Zoe; and his stepchildren, John Joseph, Laurie and Stacey. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
