He is survived by: his wife Doris Manuel; his sons, Richard Manuel III of Allendale, SC, Tyrone Nigel Manuel of Fairfax, SC, Deangelo R. Manuel of Fairfax, SC and Danny Buxton of North Carolina; and his siblings, Christine of Fairfax, SC and Carnell Manuel (Rochelle) of Fairfax, SC. He is also survived by two aunts, two uncles; seven sisters-in-law; four brothers-n-law; eight grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, and other loving relatives and dear friends.
