She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Arthur and Alice Stroebel Welch. She is survived by: her husband Justin Stephens McMillan; her sisters, Caroline, Lula Mae, Ida Belle and Marjorie Welch; her sons, Justin (Jo), Lawrence (Jane), Preston (Barbara) and Charles (Amber); her grandchildren, Virginia (Nick), Christina (Mark), Justin III, Robert, James (Erin), Mary Alice, Joshua, Alyssa and Matthew; and her great grandchildren, Andrew, Ryan, Cycelia and Charlie.
