He is survived by: his brothers, Warren Smart of Savannah, GA, Warren Smart Jr. of New Bern, NC and Jackie Smart of Savannah, GA; and his children, Janice Allen, Mary Louise Smart, Jacqueline Smart McDuffie and Michael Smart (Elaine).
