She was predeceased by: her parents, Glenn Lewis and Mary Kelsay Lewis; and her siblings, Max, Don Lewis and Evelyn L. Paschal.
She is survived by: her children, Donna C. Stroud (Dave), Mark L. Cannady (Katsy) and Steven J. She is also survived by (Nan); ten grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
