She was predeceased by: her parents, Lyman Pitman, Sr. and Margaret Goodman Pitman; her husband Samuel Roberds Bennett, Sr.; and her siblings, Lyman Pitman, Jr. and Judith P. Manuel.
She is survived by: her sons, Rob Bennett (Elizabeth) of Highlands and Hal Bennett (Nicci) of Hampton; her grandchildren, Turner, Brice, Tucker, Annie Bray, Law and Beck; and her brother James N. Pitman of Charlotte. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Allendale County Hospital or Swallow Savannah Cemetery Fund, 493 Concord Church Rd., Ulmer, SC 29849.
