He is survived by: his spouse Charnell Barker Kelly; his sons, Patrick Kelly of Charleston, SC, Michael Kelly (Alissa Mello) of Dummerston, VT and Mark Kelly (Deanne) of Clover, SC; his grandchildren, Hannah, Sarah, Daniel, Nina and Norah; and his great grandchild Parker Hurst.
