He was predeceased by: his parents, David Baker and Margie Lambert Baker. He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Poole Baker; his children, William Timothy Baker (Brandy), Kathryn Berry (Bruce) of Evans, GA and Karen Matthews (Clint); his brothers, Richard Baker of Knoxville, TN and Bobby Baker of Sterling, VA; and his grandchildren, Emily Willing (Caleb), Scott Berry, Melanie Fitzgerald (Luke), Zachary Matthews, Courtney Bayne, Rachel Baker and Ava Baker. He is also survived by four great grandchildren.
