He is survived by: his close friend JoAnn; his children, Joseph Walter Slezak (Carrie), Susan Marie Rusch (Michael) and Stephanie Flaischaker (Dave); his granddaughters, Aspen Lyn Slezak and Ashlyn Jean Slezak; and his sisters, Karen Ehant (Tom) and Diane Slezak.
