She was predeceased by: her father David Ervin; and her sisters, Violet Ervin Henderson (John) and Dorothy Ervin (Tom). She is survived by: her children, Thomas David Wade (Pam), Alan Dale Wade (Sue) and Deborah Lynn Wade Bruce (Mike); and her grandchildren, Jason Wade (Krissy), Jeff Wade (Stephanie), Mark Wade (Stephanie), Chris Wade (Madison), Natalie Bruce Carlisle (Patrick) and Alanna Wade. She is also survived by ten great grandchildren.
