It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sallie Rankin Wise of Aiken, South Carolina, born in Wagener, South Carolina, who passed away on August 23, 2023, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband George W. Wise, Sr.; and her parents, Paul Rankin and Sallie Whittle Rankin. She is survived by: her sons, George W. Wise, Jr. and Patrick Sheehan (Vickie) of Germansville, PA; her grandson Jason Sheehan; and her sister Pauline Woodward.
